3. User Accounts & Accuracy of Data

To receive accurate birth chart readings and consultations, you agree to provide truthful and complete information, including correct birth dates, birth times, and birth locations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. E-Commerce, Gemstones & Product Orders

• Product Pricing: All prices listed on our shop (e.g. gemstones, yantras, astrology consultation packages) are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Gemstone Authenticity & Weights: Certified gemstones are provided with genuine lab certificates detailing carat/gram weight, origin, and specifications.
• Order Cancellation & Refunds: Service consultation fees and personalized birth chart reports are non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted or the report has been generated. Product return requests for physical items must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

5. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

When using AstroSarthee, you agree NOT to:

• Use inappropriate, abusive, or defamatory language toward astrologers, support staff, or other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform or API infrastructure.
• Resell or commercially exploit consultation reports or content without prior written permission.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
